The staff is super, everyone is responsive, understanding, always helped with various questions about the room and even about the city. For example, there was a situation where I could not figure out the air conditioner, it was too hot in the room. They explained everything to me, helped with the air conditioner and said that if something happened, they would change my room. I would like to separately note the man at the bar, I think he was from Poland. A great person, very responsive and kind. The location is also wonderful, 6 minutes by bus to the airport, and 35-40 to any station in the center of Berlin. I really liked everything, 10/10! The atmosphere is wonderful. Good music, very cozy and comfortable hall with a bar and with game zone. In addition to the incredibly comfortable atmosphere was the very friendly staff. And despite the fact that at 1:00 at night there are people at the bar and music is playing, you can't hear anything in the room, the soundproofing is also very wonderful

A cozy apartment in a quiet neighborhood near the airport. Perfect to spend a night or two prior to departure or upon arrival. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need including coffee and a nice selection of tea. We arrived late due to a delayed flight, and it was so kind of the host to let us stay for longer by approving a late check-out. Highly recommended.
