This family-friendly hotel in the Marchwald Forest is 5 minutes from the A5 motorway and a 10-minute drive from Freiburg city centre. Location was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Big parking lot.

Was traveling with a friend and it was very convenient that we were able to get to this room at 0100 in the morning and be able to get they key very easily and get straight to bed after a long day. The room was great, and the location was awesome, only a 15 to 20 minute walk to everything in the heart of Freiburg.

The apartment is spacious, well equipped and has an associated parking spot. It was a perfect location for our group to stay close to the nearby conference and we highly recommend it. The owners were fast in replying to our messages and supporting us throughout the stay. We definitely recommend the place!

The place was warm, very clean, with a decently stocked kitchen, and well connected to the city center with just one tram line. The internet worked well, which was a big plus. The only inconvenient part was having to walk through a section of forest to get to the station, though it was well lit and safe. The host wasn’t the most responsive, but overall it was a good stay.
