Great price. Quiet location. The big bed matrass has been comfortable but extremely noisy. We've got the keys from the minisafe at the building entrance, which was convenient, as we arrived a couple of hour earlier than the specified "3 p.m. check in". It's few kilometers away from the center. Fine, if you have a car.

My room was very cozy. It was like a dorm room, with twin beds and two working spaces, a kitchenette. I really liked it, one of my favourite stays in Tartu. I booked it on purpose to be a nice hour's walk from my university. Most people would take the bus (stop's very close), or drive, or whatever. And you guys, there's a legendary fast food place called Sirius close by, and the food is really cheap and really tasty. No joke.
