We stayed at Villa Kataleya and have absolutely nothing to complain about. We had the most heavenly time. Literally a 5-minute walk from the airport, we were greeted by our host Bernardo who was very kind and accommodating. He showed us around the villa and how and where things were and said if we needed anything or had any questions, we could send him a message. The Villa is stunning, finished so well and is so comfortable. The beds are so comfortable with soft pillows. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, and I mean everything and more. The little touches matter the most. Tea, coffee, milk, pop, water, fruit. Ironing board & iron, safe & big fridge freezer. Washing up liquid tea towels, mosquito plug ins to bin bags for the toilet bins. Towels for the pool and beach. 2 Bedroom both en-suite, soap, shampoo conditioner, fluffy towels, hairdryers, I could go on, we needed for nothing. The pool is just amazing! The gardens and grounds are lovely with plenty of space. The views are just out of this world although as aviation enthusiast it would have been great if the trees had been cut a little bit more at the top so we could see more of the runway and ocean from the balcony which would also give way to more sunlight on the pool thereby warming it up a bit more. Hopefully this will be done over the winter.

L’emplacement était parfait pour nous, juste à côté de l’aéroport et de la plage. En étant à juste 15 mn de argostoli en voiture, l’emplacement était idéal! Mais ce que j’ai le plus aimé, c’est le capitaine! Le capitaine nous a accueilli chaleureusement, a tout mis à notre disposition. Il nous a gardé nos bagages avant et après le séjour, nous a organisé la location de voiture! C’est une merveilleuse rencontre. Merci beaucoup!

Everything was nice. The owner seemed ok to me but I can understand why some people would find him not so nice.

Exceptional stay – highly recommended! We were a group of 6 girls and had the most amazing time. The property exceeded all expectations – it was super clean, beautifully designed, with a gorgeous pool and new, modern rooms that created a peaceful atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped (including a coffee machine and moka pot), and the fridge was thoughtfully stocked with eggs, cheeses, fresh fruits, and even wine – all provided by the lovely host. We loved the outdoor area with a grill, hammocks, and a big wooden table for shared meals. We also had a last-minute request, and the host responded immediately with great kindness and professionalism. In short – a dream place! We had a fantastic trip and will definitely return.

Fantasic pool serviced twice during our stay and also the accommodation midweek. Excellent host with great.commumications. Lovely beeches close by. Couldnt have been happier

Well decorated villa with great facilities and a fantastic pool. The owners, Evangelia and Dimitris, made us fell welcome and taken care of from the very first moment we set foot in the property. Location is close to many beaches with crystal clear waters and the area offers restaurants and mini markets. The villa itself is perfect for a family of four and offers every comfort you might need. The outside area, with own swimming pool and tennis court, was definitely the highlight of our stay. Thank you Dimitris and Evangelia for your warm hospitality!
