First of all, I am gratefull to the Lady whom Ive phoned, the time I was walking searching where the hotel is and explaining me nicely where which direction to go. The room was big and with 2 sofas. In the living /bed room there is a possibility to cook or warm foods. Plates, Cups, some cutleries were available and usefull. A small Fridge and Kettle is inside the room. The Bathroom is 5 Star for me. The location is silent like in the country side. It is walkable going to the Airport and also going down to the old town & port (while walking down, look left /right carefully.'coz the road is not so wide and for pedestrians its quite tight and lots of Vehicles passing by) to the old town of Mykonos. In front of the Hotel the public Bus (going to Paradise) stops. According to the Bus driver as I took the bus from the old town they drive every 30 mins from the old town to Paradise beach and back, which will stop at Villa Vasilis, If you talk to the driver before he will remind the place where to go out. You can buy the ticket direct to the driver it is 1.80 € A few minutes away from the hotel there a small Grocery where you can buy some water, sandwiches. sweet cookies, milch , softdrinks, alcohol but, I didnt find any fresh fruits or vegetables. Besides the Grocery there is also a Bakery. Going back to the airport it might take 15 to 20 mins walk.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Milena, and I am delighted to share my exceptional experience, largely due to the outstanding service provided by the hotel's team of receptionists. From the moment I made my booking, before my arrival, their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness made my stay truly unforgettable. This is definitely not just a one-star hotel in my opinion. It is clean, comfortable, and everything was perfect! The location was perfect both from the town, airport and there is also a bus stop directly outside the hotel! I also had no issues getting a taxi to this hotel, every taxi driver knew this hotel. Their team of receptionists: Zisis, Frosso and Giannis, demonstrated a level of hospitality that surpassed all expectations. Their genuine smile and friendly demeanor immediately made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. They handled the check-in process efficiently, ensuring a seamless transition to my room while taking the time to provide me with valuable information about the hotel's amenities and services. I am especially thankful to them because I knew they paid special attention to me because they knew that I was a female solo traveler and frequently checked in on my wellbeing and safety! Throughout my stay, Zisis consistently went above and beyond to cater to my needs. He expertly handled any requests I had, promptly and with a positive attitude. Whether it was arranging transportation, offering suggestions for local attractions, or providing extra amenities, their commitment to ensuring my comfort was evident in every interaction. Overall, my stay at Hotel Milena was made truly exceptional by the outstanding service provided by the team. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for guests' satisfaction set a remarkable standard for hospitality. This is by far the most amazing hotel I’ve ever stayed at! From the beautifully designed interior and calm atmosphere to the incredibly polite staff and delicious breakfast—everything exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a ground-level room with a lovely balcony, which was perfect for relaxing. The pool area is absolutely stunning and made for the perfect spot to unwind after breakfast. The location is excellent—just a 15-minute walk to Mykonos Town and conveniently close to the airport. Do note that the walk involves going down and up a busy main road, which can be a bit challenging at night, but it didn’t bother us at all.

    The people are very friendly and chill. The road is a bit dangerous for new people cause they drive like crazy, they don’t have traffic lights everywhere and zebra cross. But i enjoyed my stays in Mykonos♥️

    Asty is a great location, there is a pharmacy and Starbucks...

    Asty is a great location, there is a pharmacy and Starbucks across the road, 10mins further up the hill driving is 360 degrees, Zuma, and all the beauty spots alongside by the port. Across the road from the hotel is a straight path that leads you into Mykonos Town, this walk is not for the faint hearted..it’s very steep and very dark at night.

    Just far enough out of the busy streets of Mykonos town but a few minutes walk into Little Venice. The road in doesn’t have pavements and was a little scary to walk in the dark as cars come whizzing down .

    Its ok, a bit of a walk to beach & main town but doable. No pavement though! Bus every half hour in either direction but if full up could be waiting for ages. Not much in the way of restaurants etc in the area, have to head into town or beach

    As an Australian I didn’t come for the beaches….

    As an Australian I didn’t come for the beaches…. Ours are first class but the sea water is more beautiful and crystal clear in the Mediterranean and Adriatic. The town itself is unique with quaint cobbled alleyways and restaurants everywhere and shops. It’s European style . Summer must be a nightmare with all the tourists so September for us was great, still warm and good weather. The bus routes are on opposite sides of the waterfront. One bus runs that way and the other ,the other way …… hope that makes sense. One leaves from the old port and the other from Fabrika square . Plenty of hired scooters or quad bikes available to explore the island . My first impression was not favourable but the next day had a better impression and enjoyed the two days in Mykonos . Long enough for me . We stayed in a beautiful hotel at the top of the hill called hotel Damianos … beautiful beautiful hotel , lovely breakfast, super friendly staff , lovely pool area and very reasonably priced . Would highly recommend

    What I liked the most is how accesible the beaches are and how beautiful they are. The water is crystal clear. What I didn't like is how much space the beach clubs take of the beach and how close the sun beds are to each other.

    The location is very peaceful and centre of Mykonos, but slightly away from the Chora, however there was no problem for us since we hired a scooter, and with €6 of petrol we covered almost 60% of the city.

    It was a wonderful property.

    It was a wonderful property. I wish we should have stayed longer. It was close to the airport, however the road to get here is narrow and the drive was quite a challenge but you'll get used to it.

    We're still shocked by the greed of the sunbed providers,...

    We're still shocked by the greed of the sunbed providers, with an average sunbed costing 70€ per day! With 3 of us that would have set us back a staggering 3000€ over the 14 days. Even more surprising is the people paying that! If they didn't then simple economics of supply and demand would mean the price getting more sensible. we have never considered factoring in sunbed pricing into our pre-holiday research before but will always now! Thankfully Korfos beach has no sunbeds and yet golden sand so it was a beach towel on the sand job for us. Ornos was very nice but there was also a staggering lack of authentic traditional Greek tavernas, and again people were prepared to pay silly money for expensive eateries facing the beach. Not a place for anyone who wants a sensible priced holiday, but if you're minted then they'll love you there.
