I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Milena, and I am delighted to share my exceptional experience, largely due to the outstanding service provided by the hotel's team of receptionists. From the moment I made my booking, before my arrival, their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness made my stay truly unforgettable. This is definitely not just a one-star hotel in my opinion. It is clean, comfortable, and everything was perfect! The location was perfect both from the town, airport and there is also a bus stop directly outside the hotel! I also had no issues getting a taxi to this hotel, every taxi driver knew this hotel. Their team of receptionists: Zisis, Frosso and Giannis, demonstrated a level of hospitality that surpassed all expectations. Their genuine smile and friendly demeanor immediately made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. They handled the check-in process efficiently, ensuring a seamless transition to my room while taking the time to provide me with valuable information about the hotel's amenities and services. I am especially thankful to them because I knew they paid special attention to me because they knew that I was a female solo traveler and frequently checked in on my wellbeing and safety! Throughout my stay, Zisis consistently went above and beyond to cater to my needs. He expertly handled any requests I had, promptly and with a positive attitude.     The people are very friendly and chill. The road is a bit dangerous for new people cause they drive like crazy, they don’t have traffic lights everywhere and zebra cross. But i enjoyed my stays in Mykonos♥️

    Asty is a great location, there is a pharmacy and Starbucks...

    Asty is a great location, there is a pharmacy and Starbucks across the road, 10mins further up the hill driving is 360 degrees, Zuma, and all the beauty spots alongside by the port. Across the road from the hotel is a straight path that leads you into Mykonos Town, this walk is not for the faint hearted..it’s very steep and very dark at night.

    Just far enough out of the busy streets of Mykonos town but a few minutes walk into Little Venice. The road in doesn’t have pavements and was a little scary to walk in the dark as cars come whizzing down .

    Its ok, a bit of a walk to beach & main town but doable. No pavement though! Bus every half hour in either direction but if full up could be waiting for ages. Not much in the way of restaurants etc in the area, have to head into town or beach

    Mykonos is a great island that only exist for tourists.

    Mykonos is a great island that only exist for tourists. All the workers go home during the winter and the island is desolate. But during the warmer months, it comes alive. It's a bit more expensive than other islands in Greece. The old city is a lot of fun, very small streets with lots of shops.

    What I liked the most is how accesible the beaches are and how beautiful they are. The water is crystal clear. What I didn't like is how much space the beach clubs take of the beach and how close the sun beds are to each other.

    The location is very peaceful and centre of Mykonos, but slightly away from the Chora, however there was no problem for us since we hired a scooter, and with €6 of petrol we covered almost 60% of the city.

    It was a wonderful property.

    It was a wonderful property. I wish we should have stayed longer. It was close to the airport, however the road to get here is narrow and the drive was quite a challenge but you'll get used to it.

    We're still shocked by the greed of the sunbed providers,...

    We're still shocked by the greed of the sunbed providers, with an average sunbed costing 70€ per day! With 3 of us that would have set us back a staggering 3000€ over the 14 days. Even more surprising is the people paying that! If they didn't then simple economics of supply and demand would mean the price getting more sensible. we have never considered factoring in sunbed pricing into our pre-holiday research before but will always now! Thankfully Korfos beach has no sunbeds and yet golden sand so it was a beach towel on the sand job for us. Ornos was very nice but there was also a staggering lack of authentic traditional Greek tavernas, and again people were prepared to pay silly money for expensive eateries facing the beach. Not a place for anyone who wants a sensible priced holiday, but if you're minted then they'll love you there.
