We didnt have breakfast there but the location was really good especially to the tourists who didnt know places in Hongkong. Place was perfect and near to the airport.

We enjoyed our entire stay at this hotel. Although we had to check out and move to Central, we came back on our last day because we truly loved the comfort of this hotel and the free shuttle services it offers. We also appreciated how they clean the rooms daily, even without being asked. We felt safe here, and despite being quite far from Hong Kong Island, we found it convenient thanks to the shuttle services. The staff were wonderful. However, I hope there will be more Asian or Filipino food options, as well as white rice, in the buffet breakfast. Overall, it was a very nice stay, and we will definitely be back!

Novotel Citygate features spacious accommodation a short walk from Tung Chung MTR and Ngong Ping 360. The 4-star hotel offers free shuttle services to Hong Kong International Airport. Les chambres étaient très propres et bien équipée. Connection avec un centre d’achats avec épicerie et restaurants. Pratique quand on trop épuisé pour sortir. Les employés étaient tous serviables et très polis. Je vous le recommande. Nous reviendrons certainement!

The Hotel comprises 206 rooms and suites, an Executive Lounge with outdoor terrace, a deli, bar and restaurant all surrounded by lush abundant greenery, 2 meeting rooms with natural daylight, 24-hrs... Hôtel très confortable et personnel très attentif. Chambres très bien, même à partir d'un prix raisonnable. Pas de bruit extérieur, silencieux. Bel espace de jardin et piscine au niveau de l'accueil. Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Proche de l'aéroport et du téléphérique. Navette par petit bus entre aéroport et hôtel, départ des "shuttles" à côté de tous les bus, baie 14, départs toutes les heures aux heures rondes + 30 minutes (06h30, 07h30 etc...).

The host Terry was very friendly and provided all of the information one might need proactively, The place was really well kept and organized and the views from the room we were in and from the roof area were amazing.
