The hotel is very near to the airport and provides airport pick-up and dropping as a complimentary service. The staff members are friendly & are available. The power back-up is very strong, therefore I did not feel the power cut-off, and food is delicious. Beautiful hotel with views across the lake from our room and also the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely comfortable room. We liked the choice of restaurants on site and also the convenience store in the hotel.

All staffs at the hotel are nice and very polite! They’re helpful and always with smiles which made me feeling relaxed every minute at the stay. The boss speaks fluent English, Japanese and Chinese and always warm-hearted!! Finally, the room is big and clean with all facilities needed as a stay for travel and even a long stay!
