Communication with the owner is very smooth and responsive. The owner has been very accommodating letting us check in early and check out late 👍. Instructions to get into the unit is very clear and self explanatory ( although signage to get into the building is very poor )

We thought we book a small hotel but the hotel is actually very big. They have a giraffe display on one of the floors and it was beautiful. We booked the family room and it was exceptionally big with all the amenities provided. My parents were happy with the room.
