Tldr; it's amazing.
Fiest of all, the staff is great and very helpful with most requests, trying to make it the best stay possible.
The breakfast is delivered upon a decided hour during the check-in and each day is a different one, making it a great kind of routine.
The apartment itself is very spacious with the main bedroom, a small living with ocean (and sunset) views, and then the shower and toilet. The amenities provided contain even a razor, outside the typical ones. Also, there's lots of storage space and in one of the wardrobes one could find bathrobes and room slippers.
The location is midway between the downtown and the airport, making it a great walking routine to any islands and even being close enough to the Dock M beach.

Staff is very professional and helpful, especially Nien Tai. We were at our tail end of our 5 months tour when we arrived at Koror and didn't plan anything ahead except were booked 3 nites at Parasia.
Nien Tai in no time help us book a kayak and snokering tour, get us a rental car delivered to the hotel within 30mins. Very efficient!
