Brand new, very clean and equipped. The shower pressure is great and the bed so comfortable. Is 15min on foot from the airport, so really convenient if you have a flight. The hosts are amazing people.

This was a nice stay. The place is conveniently located near the main highway, making it perfect for an overnight stop in Niš if you're traveling through Serbia. It has private parking. The room was quite clean and comfortable and warmed up on arrival. I'll probably think no further if I ever need an overnight in Niš again.

Very close to highway, still quiet, very clean, equpped with all we needed. Owners were very friendly and pleasant. We arrived very late in the night, but they did not mind.
