The room with private bathroom is good, the aircon is good, breakfast is very good, worth the price, Carlos is a very nice host who goes the extra mile to make your trip comfortable; organising boattrips, excursions on the island, airport transfer or even sometimes cooking a meal in the evening if he has the time. Highly recommended!

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Roça Sundy - Principe Collection is a country house situated in a historic building in Santo António, 23 km from Zona Ecologica Principe Ecological Zone. I am rating Sundy Praia and not Roça Sundy as we were offered an upgrade and stayed in the villas instead, which was a nice surprise. All was beyond perfect, the villas in the jungle and their private beach were absolutely stunning! Food was good too, place is calm and clean, and the staff, in particular the young men at the front desk will go the extra mile to make you feel home!
