We had a quiet room, which was amazing for our 2 night stay. The staff were amazing and always attentive to our needs. For a family of 3, with suitcases, the room was a little small. However, it was super clean, comfortable, and great bathroom amenities. I would stay again for sure.

Situated in Hilo, 600 metres from Onekahakaha Beach and 5.3 km from The Pacific Tsunami Museum, Arnott's Lodge & Hiking Adventures features accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a terrace... We were on a budget which is difficult in Hawaii but this property helped us sleep five comfortably. Very friendly staff at check in. Accommodations were modest but so is the price so that’s ok.

Set within 5.4 km of The Pacific Tsunami Museum and 5.8 km of Lyman Museum & Mission House, Aaron’s cottage provides rooms in Hilo. We stayed in the attached unit with one queen bed. We got in late, but the manager was very accommodating. The bed was super comfy, and the room was spacious and clean. The furniture was beautiful, sturdy, and purposeful. We loved how the beach was only a minute walk away, which was a great place to go for a dip at the end of a hot day. Make friends with your neighbors as you are in close proximity to each other and share the kitchen and laundry facilities. There are no beach views, but the location is great, and it's easy to navigate your way around, and it's not far from the airport. We'll definitely be back again.

Location and price were incredible. We were on the second floor, so not having an elevator was no big deal. The sound of the ocean waves crashing was a great way to wake up. With the ocean breeze, the A/C was definitely not necessary. Close to tons of great restaurants and coffee shops. Wifi was slow in the mornings but still worked, and worked great at night. It worked in our room just fine. We didn't need to; the lobby staff was incredible; the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Location is excellent, adjacent to a park overlooking Hilo Bay and Coconut Island. The view from our room is superb. We can see Mauna Kea Summit at sunny morning. The hotel is very clean and staff are very courteous and pleasant.

Excellent communication with property manager who was so kind to us! Perfect Hilo location! Love the Hilo local vibe and the great people there!!
