I loved the fact that it was inside the airport, easy to access. The food was excellent at the restaurant. The bed was very comfy, and the front desk was very polite. The gym was very good. Everything I was number one. I would book again if I go through Philadelphia.

Our flight out of Philadelphia was delayed overnight, so we chose this hotel due to other passengers on the same flight also choosing it. We enjoyed the free 24 hour shuttle service to and from the airport. The inner courtyard was beautiful and we enjoyed the bar; however, the drinks were quite pricey. A domestic bottle of beer was $8. The suite was very beautiful and had tons of space!

This was my first time at the Sonesta Select Hotel. In fact, the hotel's name was all new to me. Guided by the reviews on booking.com, the great photos of the property and of course the price, I was happy to make an online reservation. I am so pleased I selected this hotel. The property was clean and inviting. The room decor was simple elegant with modern furnishing and amenities such as an ironing board and a good working iron. The staff was excellent. Two thumbs up for the front desk team. I arrived on property approximately 2 hours before check in time and a vacant room was quickly identified and I was allowed to access same early at no extra charge. The hotel's Airport Shuttle was a big plus. As it was my first time in Philadelphia, moreso as a transit passenger, I was more than happy to be picked up promptly by way of a simple call to alert the hotel of my arrival. The Shuttle Driver was very professional and knowledgeable and by way of his quick online intervention on check-out morning, I was able to confirm the correct departure terminal. I was only looking for an affordable place to crash for the night until my next flight but I got a whole lot more..an excellent room at a great price and A-grade hospitality (which included room deliveries). The only missing peice from this fabulous experience was breakfast. You guys should consider adding Continental Breakfast to the package and open the Resturant earlier in the afternoon. Since check-in time is 4:00pm and guests may arrive early and hungry, like myself, the restaurant would be the ideal place to pass the time if room is not ready. Coming in we were greeted by the receptionist. Was very quick and efficient. Everything was in order and clean. Came to the room and was in great shape. Staff was very polite we have greeted them if they were around and they greeted us back. There was always someone at the front desk to answer questions for me. The little convivence store is great because we didn't have to leave the hotel to grab snacks. Overall great place and definitely will book again when we are in Philly. This was the quietest sleep my partner and I got in a hotel since we have been going to Philly often. So kudos on that!

* It is an inexpensive nice clean hotel * They have a free transfer from an airport, the shuttle comes every 20 minutes. It was also very useful when we went to downtown because the train came from the airport to there. * Everything in the room worked flawlessly, the wardrobe had enough holders for clothes * The hotel was quiet at night, the bed and pillows were comfortable.

    I had to stay there due to reasons beyond my control or I would have left! There were roaches in the room. The floor was dirty and the stripping was falling away from the wall. The toilet seat was broken, one side hooked on. There were hairs on the bed sheets. Two out of the three staff members I met were very polite and nice. I was told there would be a microwave and refrigerator through booking.com, but when I got there, there wasn't either in the room and there was a microwave in the lobby to use while the lobby was open.

    Nice kitchen, lots of space. Quiet street. Comfortable bed. Glass furniture so not able to relax with our two-year old running around but that's not uncommon in our life, hahaha. Getting around is a mess but as long as you keep your GPS on you'll get where you're going.

    It was a decent stay however the bathroom toilet leaked the whole entire time. We reported it and no one one did anything about it. The bathroom floor stayed wet. We had towels use our towels because we were afraid of slipping and falling. No cups in the room for hot beverages and no safe for your valuables. Someone needs to replace the horrible sofas in these hotels. They feel dirty like they have not been cleaned in years.

    The room had roaches in it had mouse traps it just was very disgusting it was dirty and you didn’t get any answers even callback for themanager got hung up lineCall back and he never picked up the phone again this is very disappointing so I feel like I would like to be fully refund for this room can I get any answers in very mad about this

    An older motel, now in need of extensive repair & maintenance. The A/C in our room kept shutting off & had to be unplugged & plugged back in to restart. No microwave in room. Breakfast is only served from 6:30 m- 9:00 and there was no coffee in lobby. Pool had leaves & debris in it. Some elevators did not work. There were homeless people living in cars in the back parking lot. The 2nd morning the breakfast room was closed due to a gas leak so no breakfast and nothing offered! Not a good value - would not stay again

    Didn’t like nothing about this hotel. The room smelled like a pack of cigarettes and she denied my service animal. No TV in the room. Dust and dirt, towels and cloths had stains on them, dirty windows, hair in tub and sink. Mani the manager has a very disgusting attitude. I’m sure the list goes on. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. When I 1st checked in, there was someone at the counter get a refund, she said she walked in the room and walked out. Someone was on the phone with the manager getting a refund as well.
