The hotel is in immaculate condition. Everything is clean, everything works, and the staff are extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and warm (I stayed in winter), with an air conditioner. Everything was clean, and there were no funny smells. The bathroom was spotless and the shower had plenty of hot water and high water pressure. The bathroom floor is heated as well. Breakfast was tasty and the staff worked hard to make sure everything exceeded my expectations. I ended up staying an extra night to relax, and will undoubtedly stay again if I return to Urgench. I've stayed at a number of places throughout Central Asia and have never been so comfortable.

1. Great receptionists: very attentive to the customer’s needs, helpful and prompt. Helped from the very beginning with luggage, provided all required receipts, offered breakfast box, helped to arrange taxi to the airport. 2. Thank you for providing breakfast box: it was good, exactly what I like to eat in the morning 🙏🏻. 3. Good location of the hotel: a lot of nice places to eat nearby.

The Grand Castle Hotel was a superb hotel, the interior decor is amazing. It is very cozy and comfy. I loved the staff, they helped me out so much, very responsive and very helpful. The location of the hotel was amazing and so close to the airport!

Was in a great position, on the bus route from Khiva and opposite the bus station. The staff were very accommodating and after a 10 minute wait, gave us our room around 10.30am. Plenty of hot water. A short taxi journey from the airport.

The team at Antalya Grand Palace make the hotel what it is - they are always there to help you. One of the biggest apprehensions we had with coming to Uzbekistan was people who can converse in English as the main languages are Uzbek and Russian. As you can appreciate this is worrying when travelling to a country for the first time. On arrival we were greeted by a professional, courteous young man called Feruz. Upon meeting him we could tell he was passionate about his job and career in leisure and hospitality - managing the desk and helping customers with their stay. Feruz spoke good English and helped us a lot and made our stay feel homely. The other team members including the breakfast service staff were very accommodating and provided an excellent variety of food and snacks in the morning. The team make-up for any shortcomings in the facilities. Other points of note were the rooms are very generously sized and maybe the bathrooms could have been slightly larger as the layout in our room was pretty tight. Also, the water was look warm even after running for a while. The air conditioning units need looking at as they were blowing hot air out. Given we have come in October and the weather is warm but comfortable this did not matter much. Thank Antalya Grand Palace for making our stay homely.
