Situated in Skukuza, 10 km from Skukuza Indigenous Plants Nursery and 2 km from Skukuza Museum, Kruger Shalati - Train on The Bridge & Garden Suites features accommodation with free WiFi, air... This is a 10/10 property. Right in the Kruger national park, so close to the Skukuza airport and has an incredible view of the river. Even though we went during the wet season we saw plenty of animals including lion cubs. The staff here ensure that you get the best service, they are super attentive and friendly (our wait staff, particularly Polite and Sma were wonderful)! Our guide Sidney was a legend. This is a truly unique and luxury experience, we would highly recommend!!

Ten stars is not enough, it was a perfect experience! - Wonderfully modernized hotel. - Top quality staff. - Very nice restaurant. Because it's in a camp, you can take sunrise tours and night tours, I would recommend staying more than 2 days. Another big advantage was the ability to make reservations through Booking.com, while other accommodations at the camp had to be booked through the official national park website.

A walking safari is combined with a late afternoon and after dark game drive. There aren’t many opportunities to do either one of these activities in Africa. Daryl, the camp manager and principal guide, is a real character in the best sense of the word. We thoroughly enjoyed his company and that of his assistant guide. Getting exercise on safari is not easy to come by and this four day three night trip really helped to overcome that problem. Daryl was a master at spotting game. We had lots of lion and leopard sightings. Seeing them at night was so cool.

Umkumbe Bush Lodge - Luxury Tented Camp is a recently renovated luxury tent in Sabi Sand Game Reserve, where guests can makes the most of its pool with a view, garden and bar. The most incredible place to stay. Our knowledgeable guide Leo found so many amazing animals, this was truly a once in a lifetime experience. The staff were exceptional, our tent was excellent, the food was incredible.
