We stayed with family for one week. Hotel staff is very helpfull, check-in and check-out smooth. In case of any inconvenience, there is someone who help you with immediatelly. Enjoyed breakfast with wide range of fresh salads, real coffee, egg station, fresh bread. Also dinners were good. We loved especially the timing for breakfast and dinner - doesn't matter if you woke up early for some trip or wanted to sleep, still the restaurant was open, same with dinner (6:30 to 10:30 p.m.). Cleanliness was good also. We also used access to Soluna beach club with shuttle bus - nice calm beach on Palm Jumeirah.

The Property will be undergoing renovation from 1st May till 30th September 2025. Vintage Grand Hotel is located in Dubai Production City, near the Tecom Zone.

Room cleaning was fantasctic. Especially, the service man Atif. Accurate, attentive, calm, nice, always in time. Clean and everything is at the right places. It was a great pleasure to life in such hotel with this level of serice. Thanks a lot.

The hotel and facilities are beautiful, lots of pools and great water park - our children loved it. Our sea view room with balcony was immaculate and very spacious. Breakfast was amazing, one of the best we had in our life. Once there, we decided to go for the All inclusive option, to enjoy the full range of restaurants and cuisine. We had a blast! We want to thank Jithin, Dharsana and Yeshvant from the pool bar (we spent a memorable time thanks to you!), Ajay Shani from the mini bar, always available, and two pearls from the reception for their outstanding performance unlike a few others (look for them if you are there, for their friendliness, flexibility, availability and willingness to please the customers): Boula (Grazie ancora!) and Joshika.

All. But we were there for the 4th time, but we will go back again. Everyone is very nice. We arrived at the hotel at night, the last day our plane departured even later, they allowed us to stay an extra 5 hours in the room. ❤️ Our little boy was also able to sleep in this way before the long journey. The food was also excellent. Dinner is varied and delicious. Especially the Indian food was very authentic and delicious. Part of see was suitable for bathing, it was nicely cleaned. The res of area is a fenced ecological section. That was great. And finally the garden and the peacocks were wonderfull.
