The Hotel is very clean located right next to the city center. The food is okay. The breakfast is almost the same each morning however they change the type of the dinner each evening. It is from Japanase to Mexician. The staff is super kind. The staff and the leaders are continously available and controlling the cleaness and service. They answered all strange question on very kind way and offering help immediatelly. Everyone from the staff continously smileing. 😀 The seaside is not on the best part of the bay but a small part dedicated to the Hotel and having own sunbeds. It is right next to the harbor. Rooms are clean pool is very clain and maintaned and the garden as well.

we were given a beach facing room, the rooms were neat and clean. The hospitality from staff was excellent, they were very friendly and helpful, and gave information on the local buses, routes. The price for the room including breakfast is very good!

Just 100 metres from Agia Napa Beach and the port, Nelia Gardens has an outdoor pool with a sun terrace and sun loungers. It offers self-catered accommodation with a balcony.
