Hands down the best hotel I have ever visited. Everything to the T was perfect and we got the best service from our now friend Mohammed. Dont ever hesitate to book this hotel. The luxury speaks for itself. And omg the food! The most insane buffet selection with great taste. Thanks to everyone at the hotel from the reception to the amazing chefs and all the rest of the staff. You made our experience amazing and we will 100% be back.

I had a great stay overall, with many positives and just one disappointing experience at the end. First, the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of appearance—it actually looks even better than the pictures on booking sites. At check-in, the receptionist was very accommodating, providing the room I requested and even allowing early check-in, which started my stay off perfectly. The room was spacious, newly renovated, comfortable, and clean, with excellent housekeeping service from Fathy. All the staff offered great customer service, especially in the main restaurant and the snack bar. The beach, while rocky, is easily accessible with a short walk, and sea shoes make it safe for kids to swim. The coral reef is one of the best in Sharm el-Sheikh, especially on calm days without wind. The variety of food was good, though it did become a bit repetitive. The kids' club staff were wonderful with the children, and the animation team was fantastic, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience was slightly spoiled after check-out. About an hour After leaving my room and I had already checked out at the reception and was ready to exit with my car, a security guard at the main gate asked me to wait while they checked the room. I found this unprofessional and honestly disrespectful—I mean, what did they expect to find? Did they think I’d try to take the TV or pillows? I’ve never encountered this in any other hotel, even within JAZ hotels. While I truly enjoyed my stay, this ending left me feeling disappointed and upset, which was a shame after such a lovely experience.

The room is very clean , The stuff is very respectful and is making the effort to give the best service. The hotel is big and you don't feel the other guests. Many pools . The water park is nice .

I would like to have this opportunity to thank all the kind and considerate services which I received in these four days. Kind helpful reception! Excellent catering service which I received in Basilico, Greek, Indian and French restaurants ! Also the open buffet was really good too! Credit to Mr Abo for his accompany and problem serving attitude in my first night of arrival. Credit to Mr Ahmed in Basilico and Greek restaurant for his fast response and kind service . Also, credit to Mr Mohamed in French restaurant for his passionate enegrtic server team . I like every server guys hard working attitudes with their passion.
