All-Inclusive Stays in Elounda

We stayed at Aquilia Hotel on an all-inclusive basis and absolutely loved our experience! The food was excellent — not only the buffet, but also three different à la carte restaurants where all-inclusive guests can enjoy selected dishes for free. One of the best parts was the amazing staff. Every single team member, from the reception to the restaurants and the beach, was always smiling, friendly, and genuinely interested in how we were doing. Despite the hot weather, they worked tirelessly and with such great energy. Special thanks to everyone at the Mirabello Restaurant and to Konstantinos for everything! The hotel is large enough that it never feels crowded or chaotic. It’s right by the sea, and the beach area with sunbeds is spotless. The beach staff are attentive and regularly check if you need anything. A huge thank you to Zia at the beach bar — she always made everyone’s day brighter and created such a great atmosphere there. We also joined the Ouzo tasting at the beach bar, which was a fantastic experience. Our room was spacious, spotless, and cleaned daily. The architecture of the hotel means there are quite a lot of stairs between the rooms and the sea, which is something to keep in mind, but it didn’t bother us. Lunch at the buffet was particularly delicious — I really enjoyed the midday menu. One evening, there was a Greek Night with a dance team, live Greek music, and a full spread of traditional dishes. It ended with everyone — guests and staff — dancing together, which was such a memorable moment. The sea here is beautiful, calm, and crystal clear. I also loved the hotel’s app, which lets you order food and drinks, book activities, and make reservations online — a great use of technology to make things even easier. Hotel exceeded our expectations. Hotel staff was super-super friendly and we were supported and taken care of every day. We saw some negative comments about food choices, however we totally disagree with that, as food was very delicious and variety of food was more than enough. My wife had birthday during our stay and we received complimentary gifts. We are very grateful for that! The hotel is located a bit on a hill, however there are golf cars which took us uphill and downhill upon our request. The beach is clean, a lot of space to sunbath + there is a bar on a beach with a different drinks/cocktails and also there is always a fridge with grab&go snacks. So we were never hungry. I would come back here for sure in the future!

Location, quality of facilities and staff hospitality

Everything about the property was amazing. it was exactly the kind of holiday we needed. we stayed for 10 days and from the moment we arrived until the second we left the staff were unavailable. it’s a small number of staff so during your stay you see the same people regularly they work extremely hard to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. The food and drinks at the hotel were lovely and we used it for breakfast / room service and around the pool but the location of the hotel is also really close to the town. within a 2-5 min walk you are at some great convenience shops with lots of choice, an AMAZING ice cream parlour called solo gelato and then into the port with loads of restaurants and bars. We left yesterday but we will most definitely be back! thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our holiday the best one yet

It was an amazing experience, the place was fantastic and also each one of the personnel was very friendly and joyful. The breakfast time was the commence of a perfect a day!

Beautiful, well-maintained resort with a beach area and lots of pools. You will experience gorgeous sunsets, even while having dinner. The breakfast and restaurants were incredible and offered many different types of cuisines as well as Greek cuisine. The staff were super attentive and helpful. They also have a spa on site which is nice.

The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to every taste. It's a very family-friendly place, and we felt completely at ease with our child throughout the stay. The garden is absolutely beautiful – a peaceful and well-maintained space that made our time there even more relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back!
