We liked all restaurants, but the French Bordeaux was out favorite one. Excellent chef & staff. All pools were amazing. Another high was the Rendevoux Bar. Excellent drinks.

The resort structure is amazing; the junior room is already great. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The beach area is very calm, though a bit windy in late December. The restaurants/bars are really worth the whole experience, I would come back just for that. I particularly loved how artistic the whole place was (including art workshops).

The hotel itself is amazing. The staff are friendly, they have an all you can eat candy shop for kids, the food was fabulous. They have an amazing entertainment team. The pool was warm, i think it was heated the kids loved it !

Everything was superb. The greatest value of the hotel is the excellent stuff. Our special big thanks to: José - waiter who was always smiling, shining and joking, Bernardo - who did the best martini's and was always kind, Rodolfo - restaurant manager with a highest level of profesionality and perfect service, Dorcas - young smiling lady who welcomed us at the breakfast, Ana - concierge always ready to help, Miquel - perfect waiter, always nice and profesional, Marco and Ricky - a fantastic team who entertained us every day. Everything about this stay was awesome! The room was spotless, very comfortable bed, amazing oceanview. Daily housekeeping while we were out and always came back to new clean linens/towels and cleaned room, restocked minibar. Room service was good and prompt when requested. Facilities were always being cleaned, restaurants were very nice choices, the buffet was our preferred option, each day had different food choices (theme based). Daily activities were done for guests entertainment. Private beach access was stunning. Pool was never overwhelmed with people and always clean. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Check in and check out was quick and smooth. Even after checking out at noon, we were given the option to keep our handbands to remain in the hotel and keep using the facilities, have more drinks, etc until our transport arrived. We will definitely will stay here again.
