We were lucky enough to celebrate a very special moment there, and they welcomed us with such kindness and made it possible in this incredible setting. The experience was incredible. From the moment I arrived and was greeted by name at the door, to the attentive check-in process, and the delightful aroma in the reception area, everything was perfect. The staff provided exceptional service, giving a thorough tour of the hotel and explaining every detail. The restaurants were wonderful, the nightclub had great music, a fantastic band, and excellent drinks. The attention on the beach and at the pool enhanced the experience, providing maximum comfort.

This stunning beachfront resort is set on the beautiful strip of Punta Cancun and framed by the Caribbean Sea, where you can enjoy a white sand beach and clear-blue waters. My best friends and I stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday, and everything was exceptional. From the lobby staff to housekeeping, bartenders to pool servers - it ALL made for one of the best vacations I've ever been on. The property, views, and amenities were unreal. I've been to a lot of all-inclusive resorts and this was hands-down my favorite. Special thanks to Tannya (Bonita!) and Oliver at the pool for making our stay EXTRA perfect!

Absolutely everything about this resort is incredible!! We were celebrating our honeymoon and it was magical spending our time in secrets Akumal. Everything is done to perfection and that’s all thanks to the amazing staff they have. We loved seeing the entertainment team everyday and getting involved in all of their activities. Max, jonas, Abraham and Gina were amazing ❤️ The food and drinks in the resort were such high quality. We loved the pizza by the pool and also loved the grill for dinner! We snorkelled with the turtles which I’d highly recommend! Amazing experience! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so incredibly enjoyable. We didn’t stop smiling the entire trip and we have memories forever!

It’s an amazing place, great location, great service, and I felt like home, rooms are amazing, food are incredible, there could not have been a better choice, all employees are amazing since the beginning.
