The room is pretty standard for a Japanese business hotel, it's small (but big enough for one person), very clean, the towels get changed daily (the staff leaves them hanging on the doorknob). I got a room on the 28th floor and the view was amazing! The staff is kind and speaks English, and you also get a complimentary bottle of water.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had good heating in the room. There was a really great onsen on the second floor which was free for guests staying >1 night. We ended up going to the onsen twice as it was so relaxing!
