Great location - close to the city centre and main attractions, but it was very quiet at the same time. The room was nice and clean, it had everything that might be needed even for a longer stay, but the best aspect was an extremely nice and kind owner. She was very helpful and allowed earlier check in, which made my journey so much easier.

Great location, just behind Rustaveli Theater. The room has everything - mattresses are good, AC working well. The rooms are cleaned every three days, though they offered to change towels when we need it. Everything is new and clean. There is a terrace on the roof with amazing view. The hostess is pleasant lady, always reachable and very helpful. If I come to Tbilisi again it will be my first choice.

Hotel is perfect located near city center and metro station. Everything is new and super clean. We had a super apartment with fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with washing machine (for use), comfy bed and Wifi was running fast and without any errors. Lily is super helpful, friendly and u can contact her anytime. It was a perfect stay for us. Thank you.

Wow this place is superb! Huge exquisitely furnished room in a superb location right in the old town and within walking distance of everywhere. I walked into the courtyard and was greeted by a nice man who gave me my keys and showed me the room and I was amazed at how beautiful it was. Fantastic bathroom with claw foot bath and separate shower. Huge bed and great air con. Some super friendly cats in the courtyard added to the experience.

From two days prior to check-in the communication was clear and on point. The owners are very nice and we felt at home since we got here. We got a little bit earlier check-in and allowed to leave a little bit later due to our flight. We were welcomed with a good bottle of wine and we even received something special from the owner. Due to some family loss on the night of arrival.
