The rooms where very clean, and bigger than they seemed on photo. A perfect base to stay during hot summer days (also other seasons of course) Lia was an extraordinary host, with beautiful stories about the city and life in Bologna. She made us feel right at home with her kindness. She also has the best tips for ice cream, which is of course extremely important.

The property is very nice, very tidy, equipped with all necessarry equipment! The bed and pillows are quite comfi. The TV has all movie apps included. You only need to log in. The check in and check out is very easy and the owner very responsive. The location is close to good restaurants and 15-20 min walk to the center. Breakfast is offered by 5 eur coupon that you can use to 2 Pasticcerrias nearby. The building and the area around are queit and secured.

Although we could only book last minute communication was great and everything was managed professionally. However I recommend to book at least 2 hours before arrival to avoid any difficulties. The place was good located, very clean and everything inside was working perfectly.
