The room was so clean and there was what I need. Kitchen utensils, bathroom supplies.This provided additional comfort. The bed was clean and comfortable. Also, the owner Mr. Kabar was very friendly and similing. I really recommended.

The apartment was very clean, looks new, modern designed. Two rooms equipped with two AC, all kitchen tools available along with all bathroom tools. All apartments comfortable as its in first floor. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The area was safe and provided with security. The apartments was close to Mega Mall. We like the staying in Loft and will be great choice to come back again.

We had a fantastic stay at Opera Apartments in Almaty. The location is absolutely perfect-situated in the safest and most enjoyable district of the city, as my wife, who is from Almaty, assured me. It was a pleasure to be within walking distance of all the best restaurants, bars and attractions. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Alibek and his team were incredibly helpful, always ensuring our needs were met with great attention to detail and warm hospitality. From start to finish, our experience was excellent, and we really enjoyed every moment in this wonderful place. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Almaty!

Modern and very comfortable. Expensive on the scale of Almaty accommodation, but probably worth the extra spend. Close to Sairan metro station 10-15 minutes walk. 2 mins walk to excellent Turkish restaurant.

The hotel is situated in a rather quiet place, that is, away from main roads. Since it is in an apartment block, you can expect kids playing outside and people going about their daily business. A nice place if you fancy a look at everyday life among oldish buildings and greenery. Our window looked into a shady yard full of trees, which was nice during hot June days. Despite its modest size, our room had a table with two stools, a bed, a wardrobe, a toilet and a shower, and a little kitchenette, too, with utensils. So many necessary things were fit into a small space, and fit with thought and care. Our host Irina was immensely helpful!

The staff and owner at this apartment homestay were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay from A-Z. The studio house were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the breathtaking view of the surrounding and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. It's totally Clean and comfy studio house in city centre. We really had a wonderful stay in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Gently fully refurbished, preserving the new furniture's details and with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and lots of space. Easier to park your car as well. Very kind owner and great value for money. It was right in the heart of city centre. Please don't looking for studio house anymore if you are in Almaty. As fully and truly with sincere recommendation, you should select this studio house!! For sure, we will come back again!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
