The quiet green location close to the center was perfect for both relaxing and exploring. There are small shops and an authentic Georgian restaurant nearby, all within walking distance. The courtyard is full of flowers and has a peaceful fountain with fish that our child loved. The hosts were truly wonderful, they welcomed us warmly and were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We felt truly cared for. The atmosphere was calm, clean and family-friendly. This 4-star aparthotel offers private entrance. This is the best apartment in all Tbilisi We enjoyed our stay very much. We took 2 rooms in the apartment and they were perfect. It's so perfectly clean and new apartment.Very beautifully designed. It's located in a very good place. Close to all attractions and restaurants and historic sites. The view from the balcony is amazing. It's is equipped with all you need - beautiful bathroom; very nice kitchen;closets ; laundry room and dishwasher. You really feel there like at home. The beds and cushions are very cosy . The host Eteri and her helper Marina are the best.They cared to provide us anything we needed. They cleaned the house every day and changed towels . Like in 5 Star hotels. The walls and the windows are very thick so you feel privacy and no noise from outside. It's a very beautiful place and it's not expensive. Very highly recommend for your stay in Tbilisi Thanks to dear wonderful Eteri for making our stay so perfect. We are waiting to come again soon 😄

Cleanliness: It was spotless and beautifully furnished. It felt fresh, modern, and cozy. The bathroom and bed were particularly well-maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. Comfort: The building has elevator which I loved. The room was very spacious, with a large and super comfortable bed. I felt like I was at home throughout my stay. The decor was stylish and added to the overall relaxing vibe. Host: Alexander was incredible! He was very responsive and provided all the information I needed before and during my stay. Overall, this apartment exceeded my expectations. It was an ideal place to stay during my trip to Tbilisi, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!
