The family who owned it was also amazing and so accomodating, they helped us with everything we needed and made our stay really nice!

It is situated 200 metres from Abreeza Mall and provides a lift. The aparthotel features a sun terrace and a 24-hour front desk. My Filipina fiancé and I stayed at this condo for 10 days. We had absolutely a wonderful time. Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations. This condo unit is first class – welcoming, extremely clean, luxurious, comfortable, quiet and packed full of amenities. The kitchen was filled with all of the amenities needed. We can cook like home with all the utensils. The bed is comfy and spacious, you can get a great night sleep. The internet is fast, we didn’t experience any issue. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. You can see the view of Samal Island from there. We loved having our coffee there every morning and chilling while drinking cold red horse in the afternoon. We have several pictures from the balcony that are just dreamy because you can see lights around the city at night. The condo itself is comfortable, nicely decorated and everything you need is there. This place has an easy access to the malls, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, night market and church. The service from the owner/ property manager were just great! Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Our overall experience with staying here was awesome and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great place at a very reasonable price. A minimarket is available at the aparthotel. I really loved staying here. It was my second time to stay in this unit. I especially liked the terrace and how classy the interior was. The owner was so kind.

The lift was working well and am pleased as the property was on eight floor. It was an easy walk to the mall accessing the back door of the mall. You go past the local restaurant then the security entrance door. It was a quiet space facing the main area of the community buildings in Amani Grand. Block curtain helped keeping glare outside.
