Hosts were amazingly hospitable. Since our flight was early in the morning (we departured at 4 AM), we didn't want to have breakfast. Lovely host Anush arranged a delicious dinner instead of the breakfast within half an hour of our arrival. She also gave us some fruits, toy and sweets for our child. In the end she organized our transfer to the airport free of charge and woke up before 4 AM to say goodbye. I give my biggest recommendations, as many other reviews I saw when choosing this object.

Wonderful apartment, perfect for one-two persons. It’s a clean and well planned flat with a balcony facing the city that gives a great view. From the other side of the building from the common balcony (next to the elevators) you can see the beautiful Ararat. The host is very friendly and speaks great English (a rarity in Armenia). Thanks a lot.

The room was spacious and lovely, and the free transfer to and from the airport was such a thoughtful touch that made it much comfortable. Staying at this apartment was an amazing experience. It’s a spacious three-bedroom place that was incredibly clean, fully equipped, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the city center and main attractions, yet in a quiet, beautiful, and very safe neighborhood, ideal for families. There was also a grocery store just 2 minutes away, which made everything even more convenient. But what truly made our stay special was the host—extremely welcoming and kind, they treated us like family, and we felt completely at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Yerevan, and I will definitely choose it again on my next trip. Everything was absolutely perfect!
