The view was amazing. The apartment and the equipment are all new. Spotlessly clean. It is located next to the highway, but once you close the window you can't hear any noise from it. The host even provide some coffee and tea and thank you for the honey.

A really cozy new apartment in Matrei. The big apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a big bathroom 🚿 with the walk in shower, a big living room with such a great and modern flat screen. The new couch also gives the chance for 3 people to sleep on it. Last but not least a separate room with a double bed. The owner had created a splendid apartment where everyone can feel at home. They welcomed us warmly at the check in and showed up for everything we needed 🤗. Matrei is only 20 km away from Innsbruck and has a good connection also with other cities. Definitely to recommend for a group of friends, a couple or a Family.

"The room was absolutely beautiful and felt very homely, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathroom was lovely. The accommodation in the apartment was absolutely stunning. We were extremely satisfied with the room sizes, kitchen equipment, and cleanliness. The apartment was cozy, the beds were comfortable, and the owner was communicative. We also brought a small pet with us, and it was not a problem at all. We greatly appreciate the owner's willingness and helpfulness. The accessibility to the nearby ski resorts was excellent. Thank you, we would love to come again.

Our apartment was very comfortable. You don't have to worry about any equipment, everything is available. Clean and cosy rooms, A very good contact with the owner. Fun area in the basement: billiards, table football, darts, ping-pong table. We spent our skiing holidays riding the slopes of the Schlick2000 and Stubai and a distance is not that long. It's not the Stubai Valley but in return it's comfortable and cheaper than, for example, Fulpmes. I highly recommend this place!
