Everything was wonderful, especially the helpful host with excellent communication / prompt responses (fluent English). The apartment was in a perfect location near the old town, spotless, had all the amenities, including a complementary wine. The building has a comfortable lobby / sitting room area and Parking facilities on site with another parking facility nearby. We asked for late check out which was not possible but were given a small extension as well as access to the parking facilities until later in the day, so we could go for a walk in the old town and pick our car and bags later. Highly recommended, will stay again when in Plovdiv :-)

The house was more beautiful than photos. The house was decorated in a very modern way. There was a very good parking spot for our car. With easy instructions for safety codes, we felt as it is our home. Every small thing we can need was ready in the house, also awesome gifts. If we had time we would like to stay more since the house was very comfortable. Our host was very nice and kind. If we come to Plovdiv we prefer LDV 13 again definitely.

From the photos and reviews, I obviously thought I'd like this apartment, but I still feel like I totally lucked out with this place. I initially wanted to stay in the old town, but having visited I think this is a better part of town to stay. The old town is pretty but not much is open after 6, so there's a bit more life around here and you're still only 10-15 minutes walk from anything in the old town. But don't worry about noise: I'm a very light sleeper and found the sound insulation very good. Not 100% sound-proof of course, but when I was sitting outside at night and then came in, I noticed it getting significantly quieter once I closed the door. The bathroom is small, but there's some shelf space. The apartment itself is bigger than I expected from the photos and while small for an apartment, it's bigger than most standard hotel rooms. The kitchen has a nice selection of teas and coffees, and some basic herbs & oils if you want to cook. The host was very kind and accommodating, and the views from the balcony were wonderful. Overall, fantastic and I highly recommend it.

Wonderful place and wonderful hosts! We had an absolutely fresh room in the recently refurbished building, very clean, with a nice layout and nicely appointed. Daniela is so warm and welcoming as well as the rest of her lovely family. The hotel is right at the doorstep of the Old Town and very close to the city centre with plenty of restaurants. Best place to stay in Plovdiv. And Plovdiv was the highlight of our trip around Bulgaria. Highly recommended.

Brand new beautifully renovated apartment, 2nd floor. 5 min to Kapana district, 10 min to Ancient Theatre of Philippopolis. Clean and spacious. Balcony with greenery views. Comfortable beds, big wardrobes. Capsule coffee maker (with capsules for 1st day only). We parked our car easily on the back area of the building, for free. Check-in and out with keylock box. Highly recommend, thank you.

Excellent location with parking. Cozy, stylish and contemporary interior. Spacious penthouse apartment with all details needed for a perfect stay! Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds and nice balconies. Recommend 100%. Best value for money in Plovdiv!

Compact studio in a new building, everything is new and comfortable. There is a fridge, microwave, washing machine, air conditioner. Perfect for a short stay. Keys are in a box with a passcode, so check in is easy even after working hours. Credit cards are accepted. Bed was 1,40cm wide.

Good value for money in the center My stay in Studio Oslo was quite comfortable. It is located very conveniently close to the city center and the Old Town and I was even able to park for free on the street near the apartment. At first I was worried about sleeping on the sofa bed, but it had a full mattress in it and I slept quite well. The studio had everything needed for a short stay. Would definitely stay there again - good value for money.
