The place has an excellent and convenient location, close to the city but surrounded by green hills. It’s very well equipped, fully clean and full of compliments like social games and books, perfect for family trips. And in the top of all, the managers are kind, responsive and nice people. We definitely will back. Last, but not least, the place really has a free parking, unlike other properties with external and expensive parkings.

We stayed in the 2 - bedroom apartment for 2 nights. It's a lovely spacious, airy apartment, fitted with all amenities, including washing machine. 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath and the second with a shower. Spacious lounge and dining, delightful kitchen, stocked with essentials. Large balcony with comfortable furniture to relax on and soak in the super view over Lugano, the lake and the mountains. We booked this accommodation as we got off the train into Switzerland. The location was perfect for us. The messaging between booking and checking out was fantastic. The views were out of this world ! On the morning, a snowy mountain is one side and glorious sun at the other ! The property was beautiful, clean, tidy, and modern with comfy beds and a good shower. The property had everything you could wish to need.

The apartment was fantastic, in residential area of the city, with an amazing view, close to restaurants and supermarket, the city centre can be reached by train in less than 10 minutes. When we arrived we found a bottle of wine chocolate, fruit and cheese waiting for us. Erica, the host, is very friendly and caring about his guests and make you feel at home! Definitely If in future I will go back to Lugano, I will go back to Panorama suite !
