The communication with the host was extremely good, they were always available and very nice. There is no key needed to enter the accomodation, only a card to enter the elevator in the casement floor, that you'll receive upon meeting the hosts. To enter the apartment you need to swipe over the black key pad and when numbers appear, you'll enter the passcode you'll receive from the hosts. With its location right above the subway station, travelling to other places was very easy. Also having the food court of a mall right next to it and supermarkets all in the very same building was very convenient to have. Furthermore, our flight back with air china to our home country got cancelled but with us not owning a chinese SIM-card, we asked the hosts if we could borrow a phone to call the airline customer service. But as the customer service did not speak english, Samuel, one of the hosts, talked to the customer service and translated the whole conversation for a whole 2 hours for us, while also having to convince the airline to get us rebooked for free (as there were complications with the airline system). Finally, thanks to Samuel (and others), we were rebooked and succesfully got our flight home. We are very thankful to everyone and will definitely come back, if we should visit Shanghai again. Thank you very much, it was a very pleasant stay.

I have been to Shanghai for several business in a row. This is the best apartment, clean and tidy. There is a super-large living room, and the bed in the master bedroom is also very comfortable. The house is designed very creatively. The surrounding facilities are very complete. Xintiandi, French Concession and Nanjing Road are all nearby. The check-in process is very simple and convenient, and the staff is also very enthusiastic. If I hadn't booked a ticket, I would like to stay for a few more days. Thank you, landlord. Xiexie.

I stayed here after splitting from my travel group and was feeling really nervous being alone in a new country with 10 days left. The host was absolutely amazing! I accidentally booked the wrong dates and arrived early, but he was so kind and made it work without any hassle. The place itself has amazing views and is in a great location — close to shopping centres, cafes, and everything I needed. It was very clean, with toiletries provided, barely any noise, and no strange smells. The host even supplied laundry detergent, which was super convenient. There was plenty of wardrobe space, and the room wasn’t cramped at all — I was able to open both my suitcases comfortably. The bed and pillows were really comfy, and while the bed is on the firmer side, I personally slept really well. Throughout my stay, I had a few issues like no internet access due to my eSIM and needing to buy extra luggage. The host went out of his way to help — recommending luggage shops and even helping me organise a pocket WiFi. Communication was always quick and easy. I feel so lucky to have stayed here — it made my last 10 days stress-free. Highly recommend this place for the incredible hospitality, great location, beautiful views, and overall comfort.

Actually this is the second time I have stayed in this apartment because I need to travel in China many times. When I returned to Shanghai from Hong Kong, I still chose here. Because the apartment is conveniently located and has refrigerators, washing machines and everything I need, there is a large supermarket in the mall outside the neighborhood. We never imagined finding such a wonderful place to stay near The Bund! The host reached out to us about two weeks before check-in, and although we felt a bit nervous paying the deposit upfront, it turned out we had nothing to worry about. The host was completely trustworthy. The apartment was spotless and well-organized, complete with all the essentials we needed - from an iron to fully-functional kitchenware. What really stood out was the fantastic location; we were just a short walk away from Shanghai's top attractions. All in all, it was an absolutely delightful experience!
