1.) The location is super convenient, surrounding the apartment are all the shopping malls and restaurants. In addition, 1 of the mrt exit/entrance (can't remember the exit number but there is a small stage / fountain next to the lift) (Gangxia station) is right in front of the apartment (Block A) and is link to the underground shopping named Link City which you can walk to Convention and Exhibition Center station and Gangxia North station. Note: - There is stairs and lift available, so no worries if you are carrying a big suitcase. - BUT do note that both stairs and lift will closed after 10pm every night. So, you will need to take Exit D instead) 2.) The reception counter is located at Block A, 6th floor and we are staying at Block C, 14th floor. All the blocks are connected via 6th floor where the garden is. Staffs are nice and you may send them a wechat message to ask for help in ordering the supper or necessary staff if needed. (well, there is a small convenient store which same floor as the reception counter and there is 7-11 or McDonald within walking distance). 3.) There is also a massage center call Tai Shu Yue (泰舒悦) spa located at Block A, 8th floor unit 820, this place is awesome and the massage service is good and comfortable especially after which a long walk. 4.) The apartment is spacious and clean, they provides the necessary amenities such as towels, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, toothbrush, bedroom slippers, kettle, fridge, washing machine with detergent, WiFi, mineral water (500ml) each person which they will replenish everyday after they cleaned up the apartment . (yea, this is the 1st time I saw apartment have the room cleaning service during the guest's stay) So, overall I felt this is a fantastic and convenient place to stay which worth for money and suitable for a family or a group.

    The apartment is located in a central area. There is the KK One mall nearby and many restaurants, shops and supermarkets around the area. Transport is also very easy as it is very near to the XiaSha station. At most a 5 min walk. The rooms have all the amenities provided including bottled drinking water everyday and slippers. The rooms are also cleaned everyday. It is very comfortable to stay there as the house is spacious with a big living room. The added advantage is the washer.

    The staff was always helpful and patient with a non-chinese speaking person like me. This is a mix between a hotel and furnished apartment. Something I was not familiar with. It's very clean and cleaned daily. High Quality furniture and bed. Good shower and with a kitchen.
