We spent 5 nights in Haapsalu in Grand Holm Marina Kipperi apartment for business reasons. It’s a beautiful, tastefully, clean accomodation in the port. We had a reserved parking lot. Thank you again for that. The promenade is close to the accomodation. It’s very important again that there is no fridge and no chair(s) or table to eat in the apartment. We knew about the lack of the fridge, but for such a long time we could have used all of them (fridge, table and chairs). There was a table on the terrace, which was garden furniture, in not that good condition, no chairs were there. We reported this to the host (no chairs for the garden table outside), but we were supposed to bring it up the stairs from the restaurant downstairs. As it was raining and cold, there was no point in spending time outside on the terrace. So we ate on the sofa at the coffee table. (The restaurant downstairs was closed). Also there is no wifi in the accommodation. The host advised us to go down to the restaurant terrace for internet - not a convenient option in the cold weather. We have managed to be able to work (pay for mobile net), but if we had known all of this in advance, we would have looked for other accommodation instead. Overall, we would recommend the place for one or two nights only for sleeping or to anyone who is not coming to work/use internet there or who wants to spend time without internet and for people who prefer to have all their meals in a restaurant.
