We loved our stay in the hotel! - The location is great - it's still very quiet, but a short walk to the restaurants/sand beach, and only a short taxi ride from some other attractions (waterpark/dolphin show etc). - Stunning views. - The property is well-maintained, clean, and pleasant. - You have the choice between a more crowded sand beach nearby (with affordable sunbeds), or staying on the hotel grounds and getting down to a nice beautiful beach with stone access. We liked this variety. - Always easy to find available sunbeds around the pool. - Good choice and quality of food on buffet diners.

Son Caliu Apartamentos is absolutely top of tops! One of my favorite places I have stayed so far. Located in the quiet and beautiful area of Son Caliu, it offers the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. The beach is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all essentials, the bed was comfortable, and the balcony was a great spot to relax. The whole place felt well-maintained and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The peaceful atmosphere, combined with the excellent facilities, makes this a perfect getaway spot. Would definitely stay here again!

We liked absolutely everything,,the location of the hotel is perfect ,,2 minutes walk to the beach and to the bus stop if u want to go to Palma,,the swimming pool is clean ,,the bed línen and towels were very White seems were new,,we had very beautiful sea view from our balcony and air conditioner (which was for free ,,same as sunbeds on the pool were also gratis)),,our experience was tottaly diferent that we read in rewiews before our trip.Many thanks to Promise,,nice lady on the reception🥰we hope to see her again when we come back ,,definetely we will come back to this hotel again!!

It was just an amazing stay! The accommodation was clean, quiet, the location was also very nice! The person on reception administration is just a wonderful person, young lady Jasmine, thank you very much for everything! Everything is within walking distance - 7-8 minutes walk. A place where you're welcomed. It's a small apartment hotel, so any of your doubts will be resolved the same day. Yes, the rooms would benefit from some renovation (like getting proper bathroom tiles on the walls or new mattresses in the bedroom). Still, if anything makes you uncomfortable, the staff is there to help you immediately, including the technician that lives in the same building and is available 24/7. The pool area is clean and spacious. I stayed with my 5-year-old, and it was a great time. I rate Martha's with 10, because 9 is not enough, and I hope it encourages them to get some renovation in this winter :)

The location of the property is exceptional, right next to the beach, with beach facing view from the room with the sound of waves. Restaurants and market right outside the hotel building. The staff specially Carlos was very kind and welcoming, put a smile to our faces, helped us with public parking information as well. Didn't get a chance to use the facilities but I regret not staying here longer, maybe next time.

    The lady in charge "Promise" was super nice, kind and available. The studio flats were a perfect size and the fact that they had a washing machine and cooker also was fantastic. Every time there was a problem, it was seen to the same day. We had a lovely sea view, the rooms were clean and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.

    The apartment is amazing and is located right next to the Palmanova beach. The bus stops are at 2 mins walk from the apartment. The apartment was sparkly clean and we also got a free upgrade to the apartment suite. It had all the amenities and had a daily cleaning service. We were specially pleased with Ms. Almudena from the hotel reception, who was very helpful and she also helped us getting local recommendations and bike rental services. We loved our stay at the apartment and would definitely visit again.
