The location was perfect, only a few minutes walk to thr Ruka Village. Enough space to accommodate 3 people. Very warm inside which is great considering how cold it is outside, also a large dryer to dry any clothing.

Super convenience, just ski in & ski out. Apartment was smaller than expected but packed with all the amenities required for our trip. The host was very nice & helpful, prompt in answering my queries. Visited the nearby reindeer farm & the ride along the forested path was really fabulous. Overall, pretty satisfied with our stay.

We stayed in the apartment together with my boyfriend.We really loved the coziness and style it was furnished with. The place was very clean and warm. There were plenty of light sources, so we could create the perfect atmosphere for comfortable living. The apartment was equipped with everything necessary for daily life, including hygiene products. We absolutely loved the location since we spent every day at the Ruka Ski Resort skiing. The nearest gondola was just a 3-minute walk away. There was also a small store near the apartment. The view from the window was simply stunning, overlooking a beautiful snowy forest. By the way, you can access a blue slope directly from the apartment, and at the bottom of the slope, you can hop onto a chairlift. The apartment owners, Päivi Suhonen and Janne Suhonen, did a great job explaining the check-in rules and responded very quickly to all our questions.

I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. The location is perfect, being very close to the ski slopes and easily accessible. It was spacious, and the decor was great. It had everything one might need for a stay in Ruka. All the instructions are conveniently written down, and everything was really straightforward. There is a nice kitchen with all the items one needs.

The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need - nothing was missing for a skiing holiday, including dryer. The hotel has an excellent location, close to the lift, all necessary amenities are nearby - ski storage, shop, restaurant

Superb peaceful location with kids. It is also nice that apartment is exactly as advertised and as shown in the pictures. Everything you need in the same the building complex. Apartment, laundry rooms, storage, grocery shop, ski rental and restaurant/cafe. Family park and Gondoli lift start literally from your apartment block’s outside door.
