+ everything around is near + top floor, quite enough (if all windows closed) + very unclean but have washing mashine (don't know it works or no) & and hanger in balcony. + all dishes there what you could need + smart tv with youtube function + not bad wifi

Probably one of the best appartements in Tiblisi. The house is newly renovated with very much love for the detail. The appartement I lived in is equiped with a litltle kitchen. The small bathroom is new and has an amazing shower. Very comfortable Bed. The best thing is the balcony with an stunning view all over the city. Best place to have a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. Contact with the helpfull Mr. C. was very easy. I enjoyed may time and I defenitly will book again!

Amazing host. Amazing authentic building. One of the reasons we enjoyed our trip in Tbilisi was our stay at Eva’s Pavaroti. Friendly and smooth communication with the host from the moment we booked until after we left. Nini managed to accommodate our request to check-in earlier and to store our luggage on the day we left. She welcomed us in the nice studio with house wine, produced by her father - what a nice touch. The studio was new, fresh, well-maintained, clean and had all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Free and fast WiFi. Nini recommended a place to eat and we loved it. In the area, you can also find a great choice of bars, cafes, art shops and many places of interest in the old town. We happened to stay during the national Day of Georgia and loved the festive vibe in the city. If you are looking for accommodation in Tbilisi, trust the high reviews this property has.
