Nice apartment close to the pebble beach. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Great terrace with a nice view. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. The staff is avaliable via Whatsapp all the time and they resolve any questions. Wifi working. The apartments also has a hair dryer and a washing machine (no washing powder), large fridge and freezer and air-con. No problems with the elevators. The apartment is on the 9th floor. Would return!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay. First of all the cleanliness was outstanding. Everything felt fresh and carefully maintained every single day. The breakfast deserves special mention. It was not only delicious but also felt homemade and generous. Truly one of the best I have had in a hotel. The location turned out to be perfect for me. Close to the beach and still peaceful enough to relax so I honestly do not understand why some people found it less ideal. On the first floor there is a shop which is incredibly convenient when you need drinks, snacks or even some hot lunch. The room was bright, and the mattress was excellent and gave me the best sleep I have had in a while. I also really appreciated that this is a family run hotel. You can feel how much care and love they put into making their guests comfortable. The terrace with free tea and coffee was a lovely bonus and everything I needed was within walking distance. The family’s hospitality truly made me feel at home and every detail showed how much they value their guests. Overall I can say with confidence that this hotel is a gem in Batumi and I will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this clean, newly renovated apartment. The location is perfect — close to the sea, yet quiet and not crowded. We especially enjoyed the beautiful mountain view from our windows. I stayed here with my husband and our child, and it’s an excellent place for families. There’s a playground nearby, and many children play safely in the street. We felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The host was fantastic — very attentive and responsive. When I mentioned that the washing machine wasn’t working well, they brought a brand-new one within just 2–3 hours so I could wash our things without any trouble. Truly impressive! Very nice people, a great location, and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily come back again.

    We recently stayed at a hotel apartment by the beach and had a mixed experience. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning view of the Black Sea, which was truly breathtaking. The staff were extremely nice, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our stay more pleasant.

    The location of the hotel is exceptional! You live almost on the beach with beautiful sea and mountain views from your balcony. The apartments are not small, the rooms are clean, the windows are wide, the beds are comfortable. The hotel staff is friendly and willing to help. The rooftop pool is amazing, the kids loved it.
