Everything was excellent. A large and tastefully decorated room with a nice balcony. Very clean and easy to accomodate 3 people. The taverna next to it is great and value for money. Very friendly owners.

The location is excellent. Kato Zakros is the perfect place to relax. Even in the middle of the summer, it is not crowded. It has some small, but delicious and relatively cheap restaurants next to the beach. The Zakros Minoan palace is a 5-minute walk from the property. The exit of the Gorge of the Dead is two minutes away. Xerokampos, which is famous for its sandy beaches, is a 20-minute drive. The property itself is excellent for a family; it is clean, it has all the facilities you may need, and has a perfect view to the sea.

Perfect for us. Marianna is the perfect host. Friendly, efficient and above all, a baker of cakes. We loved the location. Quiet, great views, plenty of outside chairs and tables from which to read and take in the views. Also a nice little walk down to the beach / taverna area. We loved the coastal walks and two variations of the Gorge of the Dead just adjacent. Supermarket up the hill in Zakros.

    We had a fantastic time with our family at your apartment. The apartment was excellent – a place where you can truly rest your body and mind. The incredible beaches nearby were amazing, and the hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. A special commendation for the beautifully furnished apartment, which was well-maintained, clean, and spacious. The terrace with a sea view was a real treat, where we enjoyed stunning views. Once again, thank you very much for everything. We had a truly wonderful part of our vacation at your place.

    We loved the apartment, its amazing views, the quality of the facilities. Poly was very attentive, helpful, and welcomed us with some fresh fruit and wine. Before our long ride back, he gifted us some delicious bakery cookies. The cleaning lady was just as attentive and kept our place beautiful and supplied. Across the apartment is a mini-market with all the basic needs. We would definitely love to return.

    Nice small apartment which has everything you need. I liked the most the sink which was overlooking the sea when i washed dishes, see foto! Close to supermarket and walking distance to one of the beaches in Xero. Good water strength which can be issue in Xero and great hosts, welcoming and hospitality on high level. Definitely recommend!     My wife and I stayed in the one bed apartment and thought it was great. Bed was comfy and enough room for us for a 5 night stay. Staff super friendly and very efficient. Restaurant is excellent.
