From the moment we arrived we received outstanding care from the on-site concierge. Nothing was too much trouble - from house cleaning to laundry and help with the local food delivery services. The apartment itself is spotless and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. AC in every room, kitchen with fridge, kettle and microwave and a water filter which meant that we did not have to buy bottled water. Beds were extremely comfortable and the roof terrace was a bonus extra space to hang out in the evenings. WiFi was excellent. The location was great. You could get a cab directly to the door and it is walking distance to Ballygunge train station, a local supermarket, Gariathat and many restaurants and coffee houses. Would highly recommend!

We stayed at this property for five nights and it was a nice experience, it is located right in the heart of the city which made commute very convenient, park street is just a five minute cab ride away, property is quite insulated from outside noise which is important. Property comes with all amenities that one would need for a longer stay - kitchen, fridge, ironing facility, air conditioning, car parking, 24*7 security and laundry facility (on payment basis). It was clean and had bedspace for four people. Arun Malik is an excellent host, he was very responsive, we wanted some help regarding commute and shopping; he gave inputs which turned out really helpful. Will highly recommend this property.

From the moment I arrived, Soumik and Dona welcomed me with a kindness that made me feel instantly at home. Their generosity, warmth, and constant care made every aspect of my stay smooth and joyful — they truly help with everything and go far beyond what you'd expect. Their son, clever and quick-witted, challenged me to a game of chess (which I did lose!) and made for delightful company. Their daughter, with her sweetness and bright smile, added even more charm to the atmosphere. The rooms — more like little intimate apartments — are spotlessly clean and wonderfully cozy, with beautiful carved wooden beds that give the space an artistic, serene feel. I was really happy how smoothly everything went. The staff was really helpful and I even got my own soft slippers from them to be used at the house! My room was inside the same apartment where also the hosts stay, so it was kind of like a family experience too, sharing the common spaces. The breakfast was really nice and everything was really nice with the room: comfortable bed and everything was very clean!
