The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, enthusiastically recommending restaurants and suggesting sightseeing routes. The room felt just like staying in a local home—spacious and cozy. There was also a large rooftop terrace with a stunning view of Assisi, where we could even see the stars at night. The kitchen was fully equipped, and with two bathrooms, it was very convenient for a family trip. I’m really happy to have had the chance to stay in this warm and lovely guesthouse.

The view from our room is amazing, better than the pictures. Luciana and her family include Indiana the dog was very nice. The apartment is fully equipped, and we cooked our own dinner. The property is quite, and we roaming around to find it has olive orchard, a lots of vegetables, nice chicken coops that allows chicken to roam without disturbing peoples.. Lucina also produce designs sweaters from full cashmere!! It was very valuable experience to see how the sweaters made ! I will certainly coming back to the this great place!!

    A very cute propertly nestled in the heart of Assisi, with amazing Tuscan views from the road. It is has an amazing shared courtyard and garden area which also benefits from those amazing views. The host was super helpful, arranged check in and a place to park your car during your stay (10 minute walk from the apartment). The apartment is well decorated and has everything you need for a short stay.

    The apartment is on the ground level of a small house in the old town of Assisi, few steps from the Porta San Giacomo (you can park a car just outside of the city gate.) From both bedrooms there is a direct view of the St. Francis Basilica! In the apartment we've got everything we need for a short stay in this beautiful town - comfortable beds, clean bathroom and a kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast.
