Fantastic view from the apartment. There were very nice hiking routes around. Animals everywhere. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Michela was super nice and helpful. Definitely a good option for exploring Como lake. Highly recommend.

Clean great facility with sufficient equipment to make breaky and light meals; easy access and in a great northern lake town. Ferry access was regular and suited our needs but bus and train connections equally regular. Met hosts dad at the bus stop and he and his wife were delightful Julia the cat was so cute.

It’s very good apartament, spacious good for family with kids - max for 5 person family or two couples. Close to lake Como and other destinations. Very clean, washing machine is as well and kitchen!

The apartment had all the facilities you could need (washer, kitchen, etc), we were able to cook every day, sit outside with a wine in the early evening, perfect for a couple. Bellano is away from the crowds as well, allowing for some peace and easy access to the ferries. Il porticciolo is located a few paces away from the station, and very close to the lake, top location. But most of all, the owner was very kind and extremely hospitable, we were left a bottle of wine and some snacks as well, it doesn't get a lot better than that! Couldn't recommend it enough, 5 stars.

You could not ask for a better location in Menaggio. Lovely studio apartment with large, clean bath and a nice kitchen area. Decor was nice. Helpful host gave us information about how to enter the unit with a code, how to find free and metered local parking for our rental car, and a close-by rental agency for a boat with a captain. The balcony was relaxing at the end of the day with a beverage overlooking the square. The in-room espresso was delicious. We heated up milk and made lattes and made a light breakfast of fruit and yogurt and pastries.

    We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious, fully furnished, has a lot of kitchenware and glassware and a stunning view. It even has a whole bedroom with two single beds which is not included in the photos. In proximity of like 100-150m there is a beach, bars and restaurants. Although I would suggest checking the bathroom lock beacause it's a little janky and likes to get stuck. I really hope to come back to this place some day and maybe play on the piano if it gets fixed! ;)

    Super relaxed holiday directly at the lake. Very nicely renovated apartment with terrace and beautiful views over the lake. Fully equipped with access to garden with barbecue. We will be back.

    We traveling a lot as a family and I can say this apartment exceeded our expectations! Apartment has all you need (even more than that!): its spacios with two full bathrooms, super clean ,equiped well ,good wifi . Its nice location, with lake view , terrace , close to restaurants .. we are amazed and we'll be back for sure! ❤️ Michela, the owner was so nice and helpful!

    The property was exactly as described and as seen on the pictures. The flat is comfortable with everything you need. The view on the lake is great for relaxing and enjoying your time. I really appreciated that the staff prepared the baby's cod on my request, as well as not having any fee to pay for coming with our dog.
