The flat is located close to the old town, in a quiet street. Despite the ground floor, the aircon in the living room managed to warm the whole flat quickly (in mid-January). The flat is stylish and very cosy, perfectly clean and fully equipped, and the beds are just as great. It has 2 connected bedrooms and a living room / kitchen. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Monopoli next time.

The nearby beach turned out to be the best beach, and I really didn't need to walk all that far to explore different beaches, turns out the best swim was the one next to the hotel. The parking nearby Carrefour was fine and relatively easy to find parking spots, granted that I went in October. The people and service was amazing, I got good driving route tips from the hotel staff. Would definitely want come stay here again.

Our stay at appartamento 14 was absolutely fantastic. The location could not be better – right in the charming historic center of Monopoli, just a short walk from beautiful beaches, cozy cafés, and stunning piazzas. The apartment itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the bright, airy living space and the small thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials for preparing a nice breakfast or dinner. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and great local recommendations. We truly felt taken care of from start to finish. We had a fantastic stay in Monopoli! The accommodation was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and newly renovated. The property itself is beautiful, with a great pool area that’s perfect for relaxing. It was centrally located, making it an ideal base to explore the nearby towns and beaches. Ralu and Pierluigi were outstanding hosts—so warm and welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Each morning, they prepared a delicious breakfast using fresh local produce, which was such a lovely touch. Their hospitality truly made our stay in Monopoli memorable. Highly recommend!

Lovey apartment in Monopoli Old Town. Plenty of space for a couple for a short stay. Bed was very comfortable and we had all the facilities we needed. Carla was incredibly friendly and helpful. would recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Monopoli for a few days

Very good situation near everything, restaurants, beach.... Beautiful view from the apartment. Very clean and you have everything you need in the apartment. Very comfortable beds. The owner was very kind to us and even helped us with our luggage and told us a place where to park free just 5 minutes walk from the flat. Thank you for everything!

This is the most incredible beach house and was the highlight of my wife’s and my honeymoon in Puglia. The pictures don’t do the beauty justice and Francesco and Porzia and incredible hosts. Even though it’s an apartment rental, they helped us make reservations and feel like locals. If I could give this a 12/10, I would. Thank you Francesco and Porzia!

We got a whole flat with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, location is great as it is just a couple of minutes to the beach and to the city center, wifi was fast and was easy to get on to, modern apartment, easy access to Carrefour in the neighborhood
