We absolutely LOVED this apartment - from the pictures i thought we were in for a treat but it’s even better in real life. You are genuinely staying in a converted palace, the interior design is stunning, maintaining majority of the original features with a modern twist - such great facilities (stunning big shower/bathroom, very comfy bed & a great little kitchen). The host was super friendly and helpful and it was nice to be greeted upon arrival instead of having to self check in. There is free parking which was a bonus and the car felt very safe there. It’s located in a very peaceful and quiet area nearer the harbour instead of being in the old city, so having a car is helpful! If not, the hotel offers a free transfer.

The owner was very kind. I was able to check in smoothly because I was given detailed information in advance. Also, when I made a request, they responded immediately and were very helpful. The room was very spacious and clean, and the facilities were very complete. It was a waste of space for two people to spend time together. He gave us detailed information on how to spend time in Palermo and recommended places and restaurants. I highly recommend this apartment if you are going to Palermo.

The apartment is close to the city centre, every major attraction is up to 15 minutes by walking, accommodation is very clean and new. Our host Fabrizio was very helpful, he gladly recommended us good restaurants and what to see, for a small fee he offered us transportation from the airport directly to the apartment.

The appartement is nicely decorated and very clean. The bathroom has everything one could wish for. Everything is just new and very confortable. The location is in the historical center and just a few steps away from the via Maqueda, piazza Verdi, via Roma etc but in a quiet neighbourhood. Shopping, restaurants and sightseeing are at your doorstep. The owner is in constant contact with you via WhatsApp to guide you through the arrival procedure and to answer any questions you may have. We loved the place and wish to thank the owner Cristiano who made us feel very welcome indeed!

    Stylish and very comfortable apartment, fantastic location in the most interesting and historic area of Palermo, very quiet and a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing (and eating!). Great air conditioning and a lovely little balcony for fresh air and morning coffee. The studio is perfect for one or two people, and there is a one bedroom flat across the hall if you have a larger group. Your hosts are charming and very helpful too.

    The facilities of the apartment were convenient for a short stay for tourists. The apartments was designed in a manner for rental. The decorations were nice, it was clean and cute. It was apparent that the hosts have tried their best initially to make the stay comfortable. However, some things already needed to be fixed and the management was not done quite properly.

    Superb ground floor studio apartment with an amazing private terrace. Set within a residential courtyard surrounded by traditional properties this extremely modern apartment is a real gem. Everything is walkable and it is surrounded by an abundance of shops, markets and eateries. We loved our stay particularly the tranquility of the private terrace.
