We felt very welcome, we were late for check in but Erika was flexible and waited for us. Erika was an excellent host, the property is super clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is completely new. There was some surprise food for us in the fridge :) so nice. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, it will definitely be our go to accommodation.

The apartment is very bright and spacious. The breakfast was home made and very delicious. Also the hosts are very welcoming. Would recomend to stay.

A very nice place: the house is surrounded by a small garden, there is a fence so it is very convenient travelling with a dog The place is very quiet, however, not far from the big commercial centres, 15-20 min by car As well there are incredible places around to see so a car is recommended

The apartment was well equipped, cozy and clean. The location was perfect, just a few minutes far from the Alpe-Adria cycle trail. In the neighbourhood there are some excellent cafés and restaurants and not least historical sights.

Everything, dealt with Isabella by whatsapp message, she was extremely helpful and kind. The apartment has all facilities as advertised. Right in the city center of Udine, 2 parking spaces are a great plus. Isabella allowed us to leave the car until couple hours after checking out. That was a must. 100% recommended. The location was perferct for a city visit. Two bathroom fully equipted made everything easier. Communal area were spacious and well organized.
