The fact that it was way more comfortable than a conventional hotel. There were 3 of us and the room was so spacious that we didn't feel that were aren't at home. And whoever made their design decisions, knew their job and had excellent taste! Plus, I don't think location-wise we could have found a better option!

I stayed at Palazzo dei Guardiani for one night during a solo business trip and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect—quiet yet close to everything, making it easy to get around Venice. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, which was much appreciated after a long day. The concierge was incredibly helpful and offered great local recommendations. The overall atmosphere was elegant and relaxing. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Venice and highly recommend it to other solo travelers or business guests.

The flat was very spacious and stylish: a lovely place to relax after a hard day of sightseeing. Although we didn't do much catering for ourselves the kitchen was well equipped and a bottle of wine and some goodies were there when we arrived. The property has an office which is open from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. and the staff were very helpful and offered to organise transport or outings for us. Our flight was delayed so we arrived after normal check in times and we received very clear and helpful instructions on how to find the property and access the apartment.
