Clean and nice apartment. Very value for money. No kitchen installed yet (and you wont get this for this money afterwords) but there is kettler and hot drinks welcome package. Shop around the corner. Plenry of parking space.

The house have everything you need, a hot wooden fire stove for winter, a kitchen, big table for work or food, small garden where you can spend time outdoors. very good value for the price, I highly recommend the place for a budget traveler. It is suitable both for winter and summer stay. I think it is also suitable for a long term stay (month+) because it has separate bedroom, living room, and kitchen.

The location was amazing. Everything you need is just across the corner. The tourist information point is just on the opposite site of the street. The night life avenue is just 3 minutes away by walking. I really recommend this location for everyone wanting to see some Podgorica nightlife. The host Marko is the best host I’ve met so far. He was so helpful during our stay, basically he helped us with everything we need such as ordering a taxi, recommending places etc. The place itself was clean and tidy. There was enough space for us and our luggages. We’ve stayed at Marko’s apartment on arrival and departure day and are really satisfied with the choice.

A recently renovated property, Matija Urban Suits- Downtown is set in Podgorica near Clock Tower in Podgorica, Millennium Bridge and Natural History Museum.

Very spacious and clean, just new. Great for four friends, location was perfect. Host was very helpful and informative about the area. Parking available, great bonus. In such proximity to cafes restaurants and art galleries. Host left us some little treats which was very generous and went above and beyond expectations. We will come back. Fantastic apartment in Podgorica. The apartment is large with great aircon, a very good shower, a nice TV, comfortable bed, great wifi, great location, easy check-in and checkout. Vlado is a wonderful host and extremely helpful with everything. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Podgorica.

It is a completely new apartment. All the conveniences were available, nothing to complain. It is a very nice apartment with a very nice host. Finding the address was a little issue, but after we found it the host was already waiting. Very good service and although the lady thought her English was not good, we thought is was quite good and all communications worked very well. We agreed on a time for the next morning to hand over the key and the host showed up nicely in-time. We appreciated the stay very much!
