It’s was new and clean and nicely laid out, and perfectly situated for an easy walk to the old town and the beach. Great parking. Allowed us to keep the car parked for a couple of hours after check out. Thoughtful hosts who found my forgotten outlet adapter and left it in a plastic bag tied to the car door. Very impressed!

We would absolutely NOT recommend staying here. We were excited for our visit to Kotor, but our first night and ultimately the entire stay was ruined. We arrived around 7 pm and had still not heard from the owner. Thankfully, a kind couple downstairs contacted her and got permission to let us in. Inside, the apartment was a disaster. The bed was unmade, there were no towels, the trash was overflowing, dishes were dirty, and old food was left out. The place smelled bad, the patio was dingy with broken chairs and dirty towels, several lights did not work, and there was exposed wiring in the eating area and bathroom.

The staff was wonderful, welcoming and helpful. The apartment was big with modern amenities. The use of spa privately was a big plus. Food and coffee with fresh juice was a great breakfast treat. The fact that the parking is included.

    The communal coffee machine was great and serves lovely coffee. There is no coffee machine in the apartment so this was handy. The apartment is small (for 4 people) but comfortable and clean and a good size balcony with views over towards Kotor. Easy access via a key card and a handy lift for those who need one. The host was great and very communicative and reasonable when it came to payment as this was a last minute booking due to an accident had on our final day, meaning we had to find somewhere quick to stay 3 more nights.

    Beautiful apartment with AC in a stunning location. The view from the balcony is insane and you're basically right on a pebble beach that backs the property. Also, well stocked kitchen that makes cooking simple meals a breeze.

    Gorgeous apartment with such a special view. Milos was so friendly and kind and the space was perfect. Little walk to old town but you go along the boardwalk by the water and it's so magical you don't notice, great swimming spots straight down some stairs from the apartment that don't pack out like the ones closer to town.
