Free tours by his car,he told me about history of Oman,Islamic etc. I met his sons ,they are cute(^^)Reasonable price. Clean rooms,no refrigerator ,but you can use the kitchen,hand soap,toilet paper available.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The location is ideal, being very close to the beach, which made it convenient and enjoyable for daily walks and relaxation. The apartment is very big and near the Oman Mall and 10 min drive from the airport but there's no balcony or outdoor space, there is a swimming pool though.

Staying at Salem's property in Oman was an incredible experience! Salem is a fantastic host, and the location couldn’t be more perfect—right on the beach and just a short five-minute walk from the stunning coastline by the Jumeirah Hotel. Each morning, we were greeted by breathtaking views of the sunrise over the sea, making it the ideal setting to unwind and enjoy nature. The entire property was ours to enjoy, and it exceeded expectations with its spacious rooms, balconies with ocean views, a charming garden backyard, and even a small pool to cool off. The apartment is so big. You can play football inside haha. It's on a nice and quite location. Good thing as you can pay by card and by cash. Definitely good value for money. Free parking in front of the building.

Great place for staying... Just 100 meter to busstop line 4 to Mutrah and Ruwi busstation and a very good indian restaurant at the backside of the building. Nice personal, who gave me a bigger room as I reservated.
